Prime Minister Modi Outlines Vision for a Developed India by 2026 and a Global Power by 2047
Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke at the "Developed India Resolution Assembly" in New Delhi, projecting confidence in the country’s future. He said the world currently admires India’s pilots and will soon talk about a "Made in India" aircraft.
He emphasized that every challenge is matched by a solution within the nation’s 140 crore population. Referring to the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and Mahatma Arbindo, Modi urged Indians to draw strength from their ancestors’ sacrifice.
According to Modi, the nation must now set “extraordinary and ambitious” targets: becoming one of the top three global economies, eliminating poverty, and leading in education, entertainment, health, sports, innovation and technology. He insisted that the 2026 vision of a developed India will be fulfilled and that the 140 crore citizens will build a prosperous India by 2047.
