Mission Zero Scrap Balance Gains Momentum with Record‑Breaking Asset Disposal

The drive, coordinated across the Howrah, Siadalh, Asansol and Malda divisions as well as workshops at Jamalpur, Liluah, Halishahar and Kanchrapara, has accelerated revenue conversion through regular monitoring. Disposal of condemned rail, ferrous and non‑ferrous scrap contributed ₹28.56 crore, ₹100.63 crore and ₹53.65 crore respectively, while the transparent e‑auction system ensured optimal pricing.
