Nishad stressed that “where youth moves, the nation follows,” underscoring the party’s strategy to empower young activists. He linked this vision to the broader narrative of social equity, noting that 90 percent of India’s populace belongs to communities that have faced historic deprivation.

Citing the legacies of Kanshi Ram and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Nishad argued that the party’s mission is to complete the unfinished work of these leaders. He dismissed the age‑old belief that poverty is divinely ordained, insisting that constitutional safeguards ensure equal opportunity for all citizens.
