MDMA and Cannabis Haul Uncovered in East Delhi Anti‑Narcotics Operation

On July 4, the Anti‑Narcotics Squad of East Delhi disclosed the results of a major seizure that exposed a well‑organized supply chain for synthetic and plant‑based drugs. The operation began after intelligence indicated a shipment of MDMA would pass near Star City Mall. Officers set up a perimeter and intercepted a scooter bearing a foreign national. After a brief pursuit, the rider crashed into a road divider and was apprehended. The suspect’s possession included 12.86 grams of MDMA. Subsequent raids led to the capture of a local supplier, Divakar, who held three grams of MDMA and 30 grams of cannabis, and a Nigerian national, Solomon, with 5.23 grams of MDMA. The total confiscated drug weight reached 21.09 grams of MDMA and 30 grams of cannabis, alongside three scooters used by the gang.
