He confirmed that senior officials, civil administration, police, army, SDRF and volunteers are actively working on the ground. Sinha noted that displaced families have been moved to safe shelters and that all departments are on high alert, prioritising emergency assistance and repairs. He expressed condolences to the bereaved families and promised continued support for the affected communities.
