Manoj Jha Slams Patriotic Rhetoric, Education Policies and Trump’s Voter‑ID Remarks

Addressing Mallikarjun Kharge’s recent patriotic statements, Manoj Jha challenged the BJP’s claim to the Quit India legacy, asking where the party was during the historic movement. He argued that the national anthem, the flag and other symbols are being used to mask governance failures rather than inspire responsibility. Jha also recalled his 2018 Parliament speech where he warned that the formation of the NTA (National Testing Agency) would jeopardise India’s education system, leading to chaotic examinations. Regarding former U.S. President Donald Trump’s comments on voter identification, Jha said Indian stakeholders will continue to raise questions and that Trump should focus on his own duties.
