The five accused arrested have once again taken on remand. Ashoka Garden Police has taken Farhan, Saj, Nabil, Sahil and Ali on remand till 4 June. During this time, the finger print, medical, vehicle seizure, social media account of the accused will be questioned.

Recently, the National Commission for Women had investigated and submitted its report to CM Dr. Mohan Yadav. The Fact Finding Committee of the Commission says that the accused implicated the girl students by luring expensive gifts and luxury vehicles. After this, he raped him with intoxication and blackmailed by making porn videos. The inquiry committee feared having a large network behind it.

According to the report of the Commission, pressure of not only rape, blackmailing, forcibly conversion was also created. The report stated that the accused implicated the expensive gifts to the girl students. Offensive photos, videos were made by drug addiction to the victims. Using these videos, they were intimidated and other girls were implicated. The Commission also found that the accused were from economically ordinary families. The gorgeous lifestyle of the accused indicates a connectivity to the network of drugs or crime.
