Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav Highlights Women Empowerment Through Drone Tech

At the Chief Minister’s confidence camp held in Barakharda Gird, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav reiterated the state’s commitment to women’s empowerment through modern technology. The event featured a live demonstration of an agricultural drone operated by Kirane, known locally as “Namo Drone DiDi.”

Yadav praised the skillful handling of the drone, emphasizing that such initiatives empower women to break traditional barriers and become key contributors to the farming ecosystem. He stressed that the government’s focus on skill development, especially in technology‑driven agriculture, aligns with both state and national objectives.

The minister from New Delhi, Jyotiraditya Scindia, joined the applause, noting that the Namo Drone DiDi programme is a model for self‑reliance, innovation, and gender‑inclusive growth. Together, the leaders highlighted how drone adoption can increase productivity while offering rural women new livelihood opportunities.
