After learning that the cooperative bank’s Mahua branch had not transferred money owed to the nominee of the late Rani Bai, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav ordered the suspension of the district cooperative registrar, S. K. Kaushik. The chief minister used the Jan Vishwas platform to interact with affected individuals, including Mahesh Prasad Lodhi and Kalicharan Singh Rajput, promising a thorough investigation. He urged all departmental heads to conduct regular field inspections, resolve grievances promptly, and ensure that government‑run fair‑price outlets operate from legitimate locations.
