The shot felled Arsad instantly, while his companions sped away into the night.
Recovered from his possession was a loaded desi pistol, solid evidence of his armed menace. Rajnagar police have filed an encounter case, and SP Yogendra Kumar highlighted Arsad’s extensive rap sheet—including multiple looting, snatching, and burglary charges.
