Luxembourg Partnership Discussed in Delhi After West Asia Session

Following the West Asia advisory meeting, Minister Jai Shankar received Luxembourg’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Xavier Bettel in New Delhi. The two leaders held a joint press briefing where they highlighted recent progress in bilateral ties. Topics ranged from trade and investment to fintech, startups, clean‑tech, space, health, education and mobility.

Both sides praised the reliability of partnerships such as Luxembourg in a world marked by uncertainty, and expressed gratitude for Luxembourg’s strong support for the India‑EU free trade agreement now moving toward implementation.
