Legal counsel accuses trust of skewed FIR in Ram Mandir embezzlement probe

Advocate Saurabh Mishra alleged that the FIR lodged by the Ram Mandir trust was prepared on the basis of an SIT report that has not been made public, leading to a distortion of the facts originally outlined in the lawyers’ petition. He said the petition also raised concerns about the alleged recovery of cash and questioned the involvement of Champat Rai, Gopal Das and Anil Mishra. Mishra emphasized that no one should be declared guilty without a proper FIR and investigation, and that any innocent parties should be cleared if evidence proves otherwise.
