Land Disputes and Justice: CM Yogi's Janta Darshan Directives

Lucknow, October 26: At the 'Janta Darshan' session held on Monday morning, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath listened to public problems and gave officials the directions needed for their disposal.

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said the government is working with the feeling of 'Nar Seva-Narayan Seva'. Officials, he said, should resolve everyone's problems in line with the government's goal of public welfare and bringing happiness to citizens' lives. He stressed that each aggrieved person must be treated with empathy and that their grievances must be redressed.

The Chief Minister went directly to those seated in chairs and heard the problems of each person individually. He referred all applications to the concerned officials and directed quick and satisfactory disposal. He told the people that the government is firmly committed to solving the difficulties of every victim.

He was categorical in directing officials that those who illegally capture land or displace the weak must not be spared in any situation, and strict legal action must follow. Where a land or property dispute is domestic in nature, he asked officials to seat the parties together and attempt a resolution through dialogue.

The Chief Minister also instructed that revenue and police cases be decided with complete transparency and impartiality. Injustice to anyone, he said, must not happen. Every victim should be helped with a sensitive approach, and those who have been denied government scheme benefits for any reason must be made eligible to receive them.

Another highlight of the programme was the affectionate interaction between the Chief Minister and a child who had come with his mother. The child smiled as the conversation began, and when the Chief Minister gave him a chocolate, he laughed joyfully and accepted it at once. The warm exchange brought cheer to everyone present.
