Kishor Calls for Accountability, Police Presence Won’t Quell Protests

Addressing recent street protests, Kishor criticized central minister Jitin Ram Manjhi for dismissing demonstrators as “tilchatta.” He warned that deploying more police or army units may temporarily disperse crowds, but will not end the movement unless concrete actions on teacher salaries and youth unemployment are taken.
