Kirti Vardhan Singh Arrives in Riyadh for First Official Saudi Visit

Kirti Vardhan Singh landed in Riyadh on Saturday, marking his inaugural official trip to the Kingdom. He was welcomed by Tarik Al Hamad, Deputy Minister for International Affairs at the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

In his opening remarks posted on X, Singh thanked the Saudi officials for the cordial hospitality and outlined his agenda, which includes meetings with senior ministers, business leaders, and members of the Indian community residing in Saudi Arabia.

The minister indicated his intention to engage with Indian entrepreneurs, professionals, and students to understand their concerns and explore opportunities for deeper economic collaboration. He also looked forward to dialogue with Saudi business chambers to boost bilateral trade.

The visit, scheduled to run until September 8, is expected to reinforce the strategic partnership and lay the groundwork for future joint projects across multiple sectors.
