Get ready, Noida! A breathtaking flower show descends on Shivalik Park in Sector 33A from February 19-22, with preparations finalized for an unforgettable experience. The event, organized near Shilp Haat, will immerse attendees in a world of colors and scents.
Taking center stage is a magnificent flower-based Kedarnath Temple replica, spanning 30 feet in length and soaring 40 feet high. Adorning its front are intricate floral depictions of Trishul, Damru, and Nandi, each 8 feet long and 3 feet high. The main gate, echoing the Kedarnath theme, stretches 22 feet wide and 25 feet tall.
Adding whimsy is a unique 6-foot elephant sculpture from bitter gourd, alongside beautified 7-foot basket displays on the main pathway. Entry points boast 10×12-foot gates and gardens, complemented by diverse installations like Dholak, Matka, Buddha Lotus, and other floral art pieces.
More than 90 stalls await, with 38 nurseries offering everything from exotic plants to gardening essentials. Contributors include prestigious names like Indian Army, municipal bodies, corporates such as LG and Adobe, and educational institutions.
The lineup is packed: MPs and MLAs inaugurate on day one with ITBP bands; day two spotlights musical bands; judges award top gardens on day three; and the closing features kids’ art contests and a star-studded kavi sammelan.
In a city often buzzing with urban hustle, this flower show offers a serene escape, fusing devotion, creativity, and community spirit. Don’t miss this blooming tribute to Kedarnath’s grandeur.
