Karnataka police escort terror suspect Suhail; media witnesses unsettling gestures

While Karnataka police were moving terror suspect Suhail from a government hospital in Harir back to their vehicle, the detainee, masked and visibly agitated, made a series of hand gestures toward the press and pointed at television cameras. The event took place in the presence of a strong security detail that had been deployed after his arrest on June 23 in Bannikodu village. The National Investigation Agency continues to question him, but officials have not addressed the media‑focused incident. After the medical examination concluded, security staff placed Suhail back into the police car and the area was cleared.
