Jodhpur Rally Highlights Patriotic Spirit with Millions of Flags Ordered

In Jodhpur, the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ rally drew an extensive crowd of students eager to participate in the nation‑building exercise. The rally featured speeches from Minister Jogaram Patel, who announced that the administration has procured approximately 400,000 national flags to be distributed across the district.

District Magistrate Alok Ranjan outlined a schedule of events extending to August 17, including a motor rally the day after the Jodhpur procession, followed by cultural programmes designed to reinforce patriotic feeling. He noted that the flags are already being dispatched to various locations within the district to ensure every household can take part.

The event’s lively atmosphere, marked by chants, music and the sea of Tirangas, underscored the commitment of the local community to honour the nation’s flag during the upcoming Independence Day celebrations.
