Youth Claims ₹240,000 Lost to Fraudulent Hiring Agency in Palamu

Pradeep Kumar Singh, a resident of Fulwaria Tol in Satbarwa, Palamu, alleges that a hiring agency operating under the name Frontline X Serviceman Bureau extracted Rs 2.40 lakh by promising a job in the Lohardaga statistical department. The agency produced a fake joining letter indicating a stipend of Rs 1.65 lakh per year. The victim transferred Rs 1.70 lakh initially, followed by a further Rs 70,000, and documented the payment with a photograph. When he visited the alleged office, staff denied any recruitment and suggested he had been scammed. The case has been reported to police for further action.
