Tenure Extension Granted to Key Personnel at Paraspani Homeopathic Institution

The Jharkhand government has approved the continuation of contracts for five senior staff members at Paraspani Homeopathic College, according to Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari. The decision follows a formal request from the college administration seeking to retain experienced faculty and medical officers. The officials – Dr. Rajiv Ranjan (lecturer), Dr. Abhishek Kumar Golu, Dr. Sushma Hansda (homeopathic medical officers), Dr. Mukesh Kumar and Dr. Hemlata Hembram (Ayurvedic medical officers) – will now serve beyond their original end date of 29 August 2026. The minister stressed that adequate human resources are vital for both academic excellence and the delivery of health services to the local community.
