Shravan Fair 2026: High‑Tech Crowd Control and VIP Puja Blueprint
The upcoming Shravan Fair of 2026 is being engineered as a high‑technology showcase for crowd management and VIP worship protocols at Baba Baidyanath Temple. Led by Deputy Commissioner Saurabh Kumar Bhuvaniya, a strategic panel comprising police officials, railway authorities and priestly representatives convened to outline a comprehensive plan.
Key components include a paid "Shighra Darshan" coupon system to regulate entry, strict guidelines for VIP puja scheduling, and coordinated deployment of additional security forces at Deoghar railway stations and surrounding transit hubs. CCTV cameras will operate around the clock, providing live monitoring of the temple complex, fairgrounds, and all major access points.
The plan also addresses passenger flow at railway stations by expanding ticket counters to reduce wait times. Organizers are confident that the combination of technology, increased manpower and clear procedural rules will deliver a safe, orderly, and spiritually fulfilling experience for millions of pilgrims.
