Security Plans Unveiled for October 9 T20 Showdown in Ranchi

On match day, approximately 4,000 security personnel will be deployed in Ranchi. The force will include Jharkhand Police, the Indian Reserve Battalion, Rapid Action Force, and women police officers. Security coverage extends beyond the stadium to Birsa Munda Airport, the Radisson Blu hotel and other critical locations, with a three‑tier response plan ready for any untoward incident.
