Ranchi is abuzz with excitement as Sarla Birla University (SBU) hosted a vibrant Fresher’s Day celebration for its new students. The multi-day event, filled with joy and camaraderie, saw senior students warmly welcoming their juniors. Dressed in colorful attire, students showcased a variety of engaging performances. The festivities featured a lively mix of traditional and modern music, energetic dance routines, and a dazzling fashion show, with students fully embracing the spirit of fun and celebration. The event also culminated in the selection of Mr. and Ms. Fresher from various departments.
Professor Gopal Pathak, Director General of SBU, extended his best wishes to the students, emphasizing that discipline is the foundational step towards success in life. He urged students to embrace discipline as they pursue their goals.
Vice-Chancellor Professor C. Jagannathan encouraged the students, highlighting the crucial role of such events in personality development. He noted that these celebrations foster confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills, contributing to a well-rounded individual.
