Reform Group Pushes for Transparent Hiring, Outsourcing Ban, and Help Desk

Among the charter’s reforms, the movement demands that the JPSC and JSSC discontinue outsourcing agencies and conduct examinations directly under the commission’s control. It calls for the publication of cutoff marks alongside results for each stage, the release of original, normalized scores and scorecards, and the public disclosure of the normalization formula. Additionally, the group wants OMR sheets and answer keys to be available online, a non‑political appointment policy, and a dedicated help‑desk system for candidates.
