The certification process involved a detailed audit by national assessors who visited the hospital in late April 2026. The team evaluated several parameters, including service provision, patient feedback, infection control measures, and adherence to clinical protocols. The results were stellar, with the hospital's Special Newborn Care Unit (SNCU) attaining a 98 percent rating, reflecting the facility's dedication to neonatal and pediatric excellence.
