Police Probe Deaths of 9‑Year‑Old and 5‑Year‑Old in Unfinished Tank Accident

The Bhrano police station in Gumla district has opened a formal investigation after two children lost their lives in an unfinished safety tank. The victims, a nine‑year‑old boy and a five‑year‑old child, were playing near a partially constructed tank that had become filled with rainwater. The tank’s excavation was recent, and brickwork had not yet been completed, leaving the pit exposed.
