Following the police summons of Amisha Prasad, who is alleged to be linked to a vandalism episode at Semford Hospital, several senior opposition figures made their way to Kotwali police station. The interrogation, recorded under case number 286/26, saw Prasad refuse to accept the notice served by the police. In response, former BJP president Babulal Marandi, Ranchi MLA C.P. Singh, and Mayor Roshni Khlkho arrived at the station and remained present for nearly four hours. Their presence was intended to monitor the procedure and to demonstrate solidarity with Prasad, who claims the allegations are politically motivated.
