Meeting between Resident Commissioner Shri Arwa Rajkamal and Chief Security Officer of the Ministry of Home Affairs Shri Anil Kumar Chaturvedi at Jharkhand Bhawan
New Delhi/Ranchi :- Shri Arwa Rajkamal, Resident Commissioner of the Jharkhand Government, held a meeting with Shri Anil Kumar Chaturvedi, Chief Security Officer of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), at Jharkhand Bhawan, New Delhi. Shri Chaturvedi, originally from Jharkhand, is currently serving as the Chief Security Officer in the Ministry of Home Affairs. The meeting discussed matters related to the issuance and renewal of entry passes and vehicle passes for authorized officers, employees, and government vehicles of the state government, as well as increasing the number of passes as needed.
The meeting deliberated on facilitating the pass-related procedures in accordance with the established security protocols, and on ensuring coordination and possible solutions for the convenience, welfare, and work-related needs of the officers and employees of the Jharkhand government posted in Delhi.
Shri Arwa Rajkamal, Resident Commissioner, Jharkhand, said, "Effective coordination with the concerned departments is essential to streamline the process of issuing and renewing entry passes and vehicle passes for the state government's officers, employees, and authorized vehicles. Our endeavor is to ensure the smooth functioning of the state government's official work by providing necessary facilities while fully complying with the established security protocols."
The meeting also discussed maintaining continuous dialogue with senior officers and employees working in various central and state government offices at Jharkhand Bhawan, New Delhi, and with Jharkhand residents living in New Delhi, and establishing necessary contact and coordination with relevant departments and officials to address their needs and resolve their problems.
Additionally, the discussion included facilitating necessary inter-ministerial coordination between various ministries and departments of the central government and the Jharkhand government, to ensure the timely and effective execution of official tasks related to the state.
The Jharkhand government is committed to promoting effective administrative coordination between the center and the state, and to facilitating the work related to the state government's officers and employees posted in Delhi.
