IIIT Ranchi Organizes Program on "National Education Policy 2020: Education to Developed India@2047"

Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Ranchi, in collaboration with Government Teachers Training College, Ranchi, under the umbrella of All India Education Samagam 2026, organized an outreach program on the theme "National Education Policy 2020: Education to Developed India@2047".

The program was conducted under the guidance of Prof. Rajeev Srivastava, Director, IIIT Ranchi, with the aim of promoting widespread awareness and meaningful dialogue on the vision of the National Education Policy 2020, its effective implementation, and the role of education in building Developed India@2047.

During the program, faculty members from IIIT Ranchi, Dr. Gaurav Sundaram, Dr. Rajesh Dwivedi, Dr. Ankita Kumari, Dr. Nupur, and Dr. N. Kishore Babu, shared their views on the key provisions of the National Education Policy 2020. They elaborated on multidisciplinary education, innovation, research, skill development, and the role of higher educational institutions in realizing the goal of Developed India@2047.

On this occasion, Prof. Rajeev Srivastava, Director, IIIT Ranchi, stated that the National Education Policy 2020 is a strong foundation for an inclusive, multidisciplinary, and future-oriented education system. He called upon teachers and students to actively contribute to realizing the goal of Developed India@2047 through innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from teachers, academicians, students, and other educational stakeholders. This occasion provided an effective platform for meaningful discussions on the objectives of the National Education Policy 2020 and the role of education in building Developed India@2047.
