Government Vows Transparent Exam System After Student Demonstrations
Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced that the Jharkhand government will overhaul the examination framework following the recent student protests. He said the new system will be more open, technology‑driven, and answerable to stakeholders.
Soren assured that the administration will not tolerate any malpractice and will work to close loopholes that cause anxiety among learners. Senior officials have been instructed to coordinate closely with student leaders to incorporate their feedback.
The CM reiterated that respecting youthful voices is a governmental duty and that the state aims to become a model of problem‑solving rather than merely a forum for complaints.
He also warned that certain political actors might exploit the situation for personal gain, urging the youth to stay vigilant and focused on genuine reforms.
