The committee also approved infrastructure upgrades for 48 schools in vulnerable areas, authorising the installation of drinking water supply and the construction or renovation of sanitation units. In the health sector, modern medical equipment will be provided to community health centers in Sarath, Karoun and Palojori. Additionally, Mother‑Newborn Care Units are slated for the district hospital and the three CHCs, strengthening maternal and infant health services across the block.
