Google’s regional lead Lokesh Lohiya discussed plans for an AI‑based governance suite that could integrate health‑care, emergency services and language‑specific assistants. Google proposed a three‑month certification programme for 300,000 K‑12 teachers, targeting AI literacy and classroom integration. A statement of intent is expected to formalise the partnership.

Microsoft’s India CTO Keshri Asthana outlined a unified data‑intelligence platform that would consolidate information from all state departments. The solution aims to enable evidence‑based policymaking, automate routine processes and reinforce data governance through low‑code development environments.

IBM senior advisor Tallen Kumar presented AI tools tailored for mining, health, banking and cybersecurity sectors. IBM offered a free proof‑of‑concept to demonstrate intelligent analytics, secure data sharing and real‑time monitoring for the state’s key industries.

These engagements reflect a concerted effort to embed advanced technologies into Jharkhand’s administrative fabric.
