Ex-DGP Anurag Gupta Faces Graft & Organized Crime Allegations

Serious allegations of corruption and involvement in organized crime have surfaced against former Jharkhand Director General of Police (DGP) Anurag Gupta. A complaint has been filed at the Doranda police station by Rajiv Kumar, an advocate practicing in the Jharkhand High Court. Kumar alleges that Gupta, during his tenure as DGP, was deeply involved in illicit activities, including extorting crores of rupees and managing criminal syndicates.
