The Chief Electoral Officer instructed staff to guarantee that if a voter arrives at an ERO office or any other venue after receiving a notice, a responsible officer must be available. No voter should face a situation where the designated hearing location is unattended. Special attention was directed toward PVTG, differently‑abled, tribal, senior, labour, poor, homeless voters and those whose parental details are missing. Targeted camps and outreach programmes will be arranged to collect their documents and ensure their inclusion in the voter list.
