CM Hemant Soren orders probe into alleged malpractice at Ranchi hospital

Chief Minister Hemant Soren responded to growing outrage by directing the Ranchi administration to conduct a fair investigation into the allegations. He emphasized that any wrongdoing must be identified and punitive action taken. Following his orders, Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajanti set up a four‑member committee, which includes two medical doctors, to examine the hospital records, treatment notes, and billing documents. The committee has secured all relevant paperwork and will release its findings after completing the analysis.
