Chief Minister Hemant Soren meets Miss Universe Jharkhand-2026 title winner Dipali Riya. Chief Minister Hemant Soren today met Dipali Riya, the winner of the Miss Universe Jharkhand-2026 title, at the Chief Minister's residential office on Kanke Road, Ranchi. The Chief Minister presented her with a courtesy gift. On this occasion, Chief Minister Hemant Soren extended heartfelt congratulations to Dipali Riya and wished her a bright future. During the meeting, Dipali Riya shared the journey and experiences that led to her winning the Miss Universe Jharkhand-2026 competition held in Ranchi on March 29. She informed the Chief Minister that reaching this milestone required continuous hard work for more than a year, including dedicated preparation for ramp walk, grooming classes, and interviews with honesty and diligence. She is a resident of Bokaro. The Chief Minister also encouraged Dipali Riya, saying that by winning the Miss Universe Jharkhand-2026 crown, she has brought honor to Jharkhand as well as the entire Bokaro district.
