Additional Chief Secretary Vandana Dadwal inspected Morabadi Ground for preparations of Tribal Festival 2026, gave instructions

Ranchi. Mrs. Vandana Dadwal, Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, conducted a detailed inspection of the preparations for the Tribal Festival 2026 to be held at Morabadi Maidan and gave necessary directions to the officials. During the inspection, she reviewed the progress of various works being carried out at the venue and clearly stated that all preparations should be completed on time and with high quality. Mrs. Dadwal instructed to pay special attention to all aspects related to security, sanitation, traffic management, drinking water, electricity supply and visitor convenience. She asked the officials to ensure that people coming to the festival do not face any inconvenience and that the event is grand and well-organized in accordance with the cultural dignity of the state. During the inspection, she also reviewed the preparations for stage construction, stall arrangements, parking and crowd management. She emphasized establishing better coordination among the concerned departments and said that all agencies should work together so that the event can be successfully completed. On this occasion, Welfare Commissioner Mr. Kuldeep Chaudhary, Special Secretary, Information and Public Relations Department Mr. Rajiv Lochan Bakshi, Deputy Commissioner Ranchi Mr. Manjunath Bhajantri, TRI Director Mr. Alok S. Kachhap, City Superintendent of Police Paras Rana, and officials from several departments were present.
