Amid uproar over the NEET-UG paper leak, JD(U) leader Rajiv Ranjan Prasad has voiced strong faith in the Modi government's decisive steps. In an IANS interview, he detailed how the CBI probe will expose and eliminate the full network of wrongdoers plaguing medical entrance exams. Prasad painted a picture of governmental vigilance: "Delhi is laser-focused on NEET. Arrests are underway, and CBI's mandate is to obliterate this mafia entirely. Students, keep the faith—justice will prevail, dragging the guilty from obscurity." He lambasted opposition tactics, warning students against protests fueled by political agendas. "Proactive CBI ordering proves the Centre's resolve. No mercy for leak perpetrators. Channel energy into studying for the fresh test," he counseled. Expressing sorrow over Prateek Yadav's untimely death at a young age, Prasad recalled Mulayam Singh Yadav's nationwide respect and stood in solidarity with the bereaved family. Turning to macroeconomic headwinds, Prasad acknowledged forecasts of decelerating GDP growth and inflation spikes worldwide. "India's innovative policies have mitigated hardships for citizens compared to global peers. Vigilance on foreign exchange reserves is paramount now," he underscored. Regarding parliamentary consultations, he pointed to prior discussions with key ministers, now public knowledge. "While opposition chases partisan gains in crises, JD(U) aligns with PM's call for national unity and candid disclosure of India's global stance," Prasad affirmed.
