Following a recent shooting incident in Gangyal, Jammu, police have arrested four individuals. The arrests are a significant development in the ongoing investigation related to FIR No. 68/2025, filed under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Arms Act at Police Station Gangyal. The arrested individuals include Surinder Singh, Harjot Singh, Raman Kumar, and Mohd Ashraf. Police teams, under the guidance of senior officers, are actively working to uncover the full extent of the criminal network involved, with investigations focused on identifying additional conspirators and their activities. Two people were injured in the firing, and the accused are believed to have connections to organized crime in the region.
