Jammu & Kashmir Police Honors Martyr Ashik Hussain Qureshi After Anantnag Attack

The Jammu and Kashmir Police’s Third Battalion of the Indian Reserve Police paid tribute to Head Constable Ashik Hussain Qureshi, who was killed in the July 22 terrorist assault in Anantnag. Deputy Chief Minister Manoj Sinha visited the constable’s family at their home in Lalpora, Badgam, expressing that the constable’s bravery and self‑less service will forever motivate citizens. Sinha reiterated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the police, army and central forces remain committed to eradicating the terrorism network and building a peaceful, prosperous Jammu and Kashmir.
