ITI Ltd to Fund 48 New EV Charging Sites in Noida Under 10‑Year MoU

A ten‑year memorandum of understanding between Noida Authority and ITI Limited formalises the installation of 48 EV charging stations across the city.

ITI Limited has committed to covering all capital and operational expenses for the new stations. In return, the authority will allocate suitable land parcels and will receive a revenue share of one rupee per kilowatt‑hour of electricity consumed at each site.

The agreement can be extended beyond the initial ten years if both parties agree, ensuring long‑term support for Noida's green transport ecosystem.
