Eligibility, Age Limits and Salary Details for IOL 2026 Hiring Drive

The age criteria for the IOL 2026 recruitment vary by post. Minimum age ranges from 18 to 27 years, while the maximum age spans from 32 to 62 years, calculated as of the final date of application submission. Reserved category candidates are eligible for the applicable age relaxations under existing government rules.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration depending on the grade of the post, ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹1,40,000. Apart from the basic salary, successful applicants will be entitled to additional allowances and benefits as per the company's policy for fixed‑term employees.
