Investigation updates: 13 suspects trapped, only Arvind remains at large

Following intensive tracking efforts, Jamshedpur police have secured the arrest of the main conspirator, Rahul Dubey, in the Himanshu Singh homicide case. The suspect was seized near DD Bar and the murder weapon—a wooden board—was retrieved from his possession. The Special Investigation Team, set up by City SP Lalit Meena, reports that thirteen individuals connected to the crime are now in police custody. All have been interrogated, except for another accused, Arvind, whose whereabouts are still being pursued.
