Investigation Continues After Accused Slaughters Six in Telangana

A grim saga unfolded in Ranga Reddy district on July 11 when Rajshekhar, a man out on bail for a POXO allegation, committed a series of murders that claimed six lives. The first victims were his own wife and their two children, killed with a knife inside their home.

The assailant then proceeded to a second house, targeting a minor girl who had filed the complaint against him, as well as her mother and grandmother. The brutal stab wounds left the victims fatally injured within minutes.

Police units arrived on scene, secured the evidence, and arrested Rajshekhar without a struggle. He was transferred to the district police station where a detailed charge sheet was prepared.
