Investigation Reveals Collusion Between ITI Ltd and Silicon Techlab

The Odisha Police Recruitment Board (OPRB) originally assigned the examination logistics to the central government’s PSU, ITI Ltd. Subsequent documents show that ITI Ltd subcontracted the entire operation to Silicon Techlab, based in Bhubaneswar.

Director Suresh Chandra Nayak proceeded to involve Panchsoft Technologies without ITI Ltd’s written consent, breaching contractual protocols. Evidence collected during the raids indicates that both firms exchanged financial incentives well before the exam date, confirming a pre‑meditated scheme to leak the paper.

Investigators also discovered that the share purchase agreement granting PSIL International control over Silicon Techlab was never registered, suggesting an attempt to conceal ownership changes while continuing illicit activities.
