Inspection notices issued to Narapadham Foods, Sun Ridges Health and Shah Kantilal

In addition to the lawsuits, FSSAI issued formal notices to three other companies: Narapadham Foods, Sun Ridges Health Care, and Shah Kantilal Jayantilal. Inspectors found that Narapadham Foods did not display a valid licence, had cramped workspaces, accumulated dust and dirt, lacked proper ventilation, and had poorly fitted doors and windows.

Sun Ridges Health Care was observed with open entry points that allowed insects inside, insufficient space for safe operations, and inadequate cleaning of food‑contact equipment. No records existed for water testing, supplier approvals, or raw‑material inspections.

Shah Kantilal Jayantilal received a notice because its licensed premises were found closed, preventing verification of commercial activity. The regulator has warned that further non‑compliance will attract stricter penalties.
