NEW DELHI, Sept 15 — On the occasion of Engineer’s Day and the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. M. Visvesvaraya, chief ministers from across the country issued statements that combined congratulations to the engineering fraternity with a collective homage to the legendary scientist.
