India urged to curb foreign interference after Taslima Nasrin's comments

Dr. Ilyas stressed that freedom of expression does not grant anyone the right to spread hatred, defame religious institutions, or meddle in internal affairs. He also warned that Nasrin’s comments could strain India‑Bangladesh relations, urging policymakers to consider the diplomatic repercussions and act accordingly.
