India’s tech and defence strides highlighted by CM Chandrababu Naidu

Naidu pointed to the ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ agenda and ‘Make in India’ as catalysts for a robust defence manufacturing base. He noted that India, once a major importer of weaponry, now exports defence equipment. The CM also spoke about emerging technologies such as space exploration, drones, quantum computing, semiconductors and robotics, stressing that these sectors are creating new opportunities for Indian youth.
