IndBank Announces Hiring Drive for Relationship Managers and Stock‑Broker Terminals – Deadline 31 August

IndBank Merchant Banking Services Ltd has released an official notice inviting applications for fourteen vacancies, comprising eight Relationship Manager positions and six Dealer‑Stock Broking Terminal roles. The online and offline application process started on 10 August and will remain open until 31 August.

Eligibility for the Relationship Manager post includes an MBA in Marketing or Finance from an accredited institution and at least two years of experience in stock broking, wealth management, mutual funds or debt instruments. Preference will be given to candidates holding an NISM certification or a comparable capital‑market qualification.

Candidates for the Dealer‑Stock Broking Terminal position must possess a graduation degree, an NISM certification and a minimum of one year of dealing experience. The age criteria are 25‑55 years for Relationship Managers and 21‑55 years for Dealer roles, calculated as of 1 July, with the usual relaxation for reserved categories.

Selection will be based on document verification, an interview and final shortlisting. The annual cost‑to‑company (CTC) is projected at INR 4‑5 lakh for Relationship Managers and INR 4.20 lakh for Dealer‑Stock Broking Terminal staff. Successful candidates will be posted in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, New Delhi and Tirunelveli.
